Document and policy control are one of the biggest barriers to implementing a successful safety or quality management program. RCI’s Policy Administration Module streamlines the creation, delivery and revisions of your company’s policies. Our web-based application allows you to assign polices to different facility types, upload supporting files, and compare different versions of your policies. The Policy Administration Module fully integrates with our other products, allowing you to have complete control of your company’s safety program.

Our program improves implementation and communication of your policies by allowing you to assign different policies to specific facility types, users only see the policies that apply to them. Anytime a new policy is added or an existing policy is changed, users are notified through email and alerts on their home page.

Our program is also customizable at the location level allowing you to collect location specific information like lockout/tagout and confined space procedures.

Our unique web-based application allows the ability to compare different versions of policies with marked up changes.
